Spider-Man: Homecoming[]
Ms. Warren was teaching a physics class whilst Peter Parker watched videos of himself as Spider-Man online. She asked the class a question and Flash Thompson, wanting to be the fastest to answer, gave the wrong answer. Ms. Warren asked Peter the same question and he answered correctly, showing Flash up, especially when Ms. Warren called Flash out on his mistake.
Ms. Warren caught Ned Leeds in the computer lab during the homecoming dance and scolded him, telling him to return to the dance.

- In the comics, Miles Warren aka Jackal has a wife called Monica Warren and a brother called Raymond Warren who teaches Peter science at Midtown School. Ms. Warren seems to be an amalgamation of both characters.
