Emma Frost
In 2006, David O. Russell began development on a film based on the character of Emma Frost.[1]
Magneto
Rob Liefeld has stated that Fox are still in development of the spinoff.[2]
X-Force
In July 2013, 20th Century Fox hired Jeff Wadlow to write a film adaptation of the X-Men spin-off comic-book series X-Force, with Donner attached to produce.[3] Mark Millar, the creative consultant for 20th Century Fox's Marvel Comics based films, stated that the film will feature five characters as protagonists.[4] After the release of Deadpool, Reynolds felt that Deadpool would soon be in an X-Force film,[5] and Kinberg stated that there was potential for X-Force to be R-rated like Deadpool in contrast to the PG-13 "mainline X-Men movies".[6]
X-Men 4

X4 is the tentative title of a sequel to X-Men: The Last Stand now in development. At a Fox Blu-Ray press event in Beverly Hills in September 2009, Lauren Shuler Donner confirmed that there are plans for a fourth outing for the X-Men. However she stressed that it has yet to be pitched to the studio. However, The Wolverine and X-Men: Days of Future Past could be considered as X-Men 4.
Alpha Flight
In 2010, Vincenzo Natali expressed interest in directing a adaptation of Alpha Flight.[7] In February of 2017, while discussing plans for the X-Men film universe following the release Logan and Hugh Jackman's retirement from the titular role, producer Simon Kinberg stated that 20th Century Fox has characters in various stages of development, naming Alpha Flight as one of the teams being prepared for future use.[8]
