Cast
Production History
A sequel to The Incredible Hulk has been in development since the film's release in 2008. Kevin Feige said that Hulk would return after The Avengers.[1] Tim Roth is contracted for three more films.[2], and Tim Blake Nelson is signed on to reprise Samuel Sterns, taking the form of the Leader following some undue exposure to a sample of synthesized, gamma-irradiated blood.
Leterrier said that he was open to directing a sequel.[3]However, on April 12th, 2012, Kevin Feige confirmed that no sequel is currently in development, although he didn't rule out the possibility that a sequel might be developed in the future. It was later announced that another Hulk film would be released in 2015 based on the success of the upcoming Hulk TV show; while this is likely a sequel to The Incredible Hulk, this was not specifically said so, and this could be interpreted as being a film relating to the TV show rather than the film series.
In July 2017, Ruffalo told Varity at Disney's D23 Expo that the planned standalone film will never happen due of both Marvel and Universal.[4]
