"Now is Not the End"
In 1946, Leet Brannis and one of Roxxon's scientists Miles Van Ert was producing a fatal Nitromene bomb based on one of Howard Stark's formulas. Peggy Carter with the help of Edwin Jarvis managed to infiltrate Roxxon Refinery. However, Brannis used one of the bombs, and blew up the factory. Leet escaped using a milk truck, as Peggy and Jarvis quickly driving away.
"Bridge and Tunnel"
The debris resultant of the destruction was taken to the SSR Chief Roger Dooley tasked Agent Ray Krzeminski to dismantle it and find any evidence towards its creation. The President for Roxxon Oil Corporation, Hugh Jones had a meeting with Agents Jack Thompson and Roger regarding the explosion. They concluded that whoever was responsible, would emitt VitaRays as Jones knew about the Nitramene formula through corporate-espionage in Stark Industries. They scanned the Roxxon employees, which led to the arrest of Van Ert.

The Roxxon logo can briefly be seen in the backbround during Iron Man's fight with Iron Monger.

Thomas Richards, an accountant for Roxxon, is shot by The Mandarin on a televised broadcast. The battle between the Iron Legion and the Extremis soldiers was on an impounded oil drilling platform belonging to the Roxxon Corporation.

"Repairs"
Roxxon gas station is briefly visible in the opening scene. It was destroyed by Tobias Ford when the owner threatened Hannah Hutchins a StatiCorp safety inspector who was blamed for the explosion at StatiCorp's Particle Acceleration Complex that Tobias had caused.
Daredevil

During their internship at Landman and Zack, Franklin Nelson and Matthew Murdock represented Roxxon Oil Corporation.

- In the comics, Roxxon became the handlers of the James Barnes, following its absorption into former Soviet general Aleksander Lukin's KRONAS corporation. It has yet to be stated who owns the company in the MCU.
