Maginty was an Irish mobster, leader of an Urban Freeflow gang. He was drug addicted yet an incredible parkour performer. He was a known associate of Billy Russoti, and they often exchanged information, weapons and money. Maginty informed Russoti of Cristu Bulat's affairs with Arabic terrorists.
When The Punisher is looking for Jigsaw, Carlos Cruz told him that Maginty was a usual partner of the disfigured boss and Castle tracked him down. Maginty and his gang were intercepted by the vigilante immediately after a robbery, while they were jumping from a rooftop to another. The Punisher immediately killed Maginty's two subordinates, then shot him in the knees, preventing him to move. Being tortured, Maginty gave Castle all the information he wanted, thinking he'll let him live after. He was proved to be wrong and The Punisher threw him from the roof, impaling him on the gate below it. Since he was still breathing, The Punisher jumped from the roof and landed on Maginty's face, breaking his neck and almost decapitating him.
