Trivia

  • Soliloquy of Chaos is a song from the album Daily Operation of the hip-pop duo Gang Starr.
  • When Striker lectures Zip about Icarus, he mistakeningly assumes he is talking about the rapper Icarus Moth who at one point was featured with Kendrick Lamar for his song Breeze Thru.
  • Stan Lee is the agent depicted on the "See a crime? Report it" poster on the shop's window that gets held up.
  • Shades' full name is revealed to be Hernan Alvarez.
  • Diamondback sports the same costume he wore in the original Luke Cage comic.
  • Early in this episode Zip asks Diamondback "What's in the Box?" Diamondback tells him it is one of the seven deadly sins, when Zip asks which one he replies Wrath, this is a reference to the David Fincher film Seven.
