In the comics Lockjaw had "super-canine" strength in his jaw. Teleportation of nearby living creatures and matter to anywhere he wants. Teleportation from the Earth to the Moon and even between dimensions. Penetration of energy barriers. Lockjaw has the ability to psionically trace a "scent" across dimensional space.
Lockjaw is capable of chewing and swallowing inorganic material, such as scraps of sophisticated robots, with no ill effect.
