In the comics, The Human Torch is a Synthezoid (biological android) with the abilities of self-propelled flight and flame control. It can ignite its own body to become virtually invulnerable.
During the Stark Expo, it's presented in a closed oxygen deprived glass tube. it's unknown if it's operational.

- In the Comics, The Human Torch android was the original Human Torch, who is not to be confused with the Human Torch featured on the Fantastic Four team. He was a major member of the Invaders and also the first superhero that appeared in a Marvel publication (Marvel Comics #1 October, 1939).
