"Pete's something of a genius. I'd be completely lost without him."

Gwendolyne "Gwen" Stacy is one of Peter Parker's classmates.

Biography[]

Spider-Man 3[]

Gwen Stacy lived in New York City, the daughter of NYPD Captain George Stacy. Gwen attended Columbia University and was a classmate and lab partner of Peter Parker.

As Peter was at the top of Dr. Connors' quantum mechanics class, he tutored Gwen. She considered Peter a genius and was very fond of him.

Spider-Man rescued Gwen from a construction crane accident in front of her father who ensured Spider-Man was awarded the key to New York for his efforts.

At the parade to award the key to New York, Gwen kissed an upside-down Spider-Man which caused his current girlfriend Mary Jane Watson to become jealous and hurt.

Gwen was dating Eddie Brock who took pictures of her so she could be a model. His relationship is short-lived as Peter, under the influence of the symbiote, stole Gwen from Eddie.

Peter danced with Gwen at The Jazz Room where Mary Jane worked, but Gwen realized that Peter was doing it only to make Mary Jane jealous so she apologized to Mary Jane and stormed out. Peter made amends with Gwen later and she was present at Harry Osborn's funeral.
