Jack Rollins was a highly trained S.H.I.E.L.D. agent who is part of the sub-blackops Strike team.
Biography[]
Battle of New York[]
After Loki's defeat, Rollins and the rest of Strike headed to Stark Tower to retrieve the Chitauri Scepter and deliver it to Dr. List.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier[]
Rollins joined Strike, Captain Rogers, and agent Romanoff in freeing the Lemurian Star from the control of Algerian pirate, Georges Batroc. Rollins was ordered by fellow HYDRA infiltrator and World Security Council member Alexander Pierce to capture Captain Rogers in an elevator, but failed.
Later, Strike did capture Rogers along with Romanoff, and Sam Wilson on the highway after their fight with the Winter Soldier, Than later at the Triskelion, Rogers revealed to all S.H.I.E.L.D. agents the truth about Project Insight and HYDRA, Rollins was ordered by Pierce to guard the members of the World Security Council. He did this until Councilwoman Hawley revealed herself to be Romanoff in disguise and incapacitated him and the other Strike members guarding the council. He was later killed when one of the Helicarriers crashed into the Triskelion.
Avengers: Endgame[]
In 2012 New York, Strike, including Rollins, Jasper Sitwell and Brock Rumlow, retrieved the Scepter from Stark Tower in the aftermath of the Battle of New York. However, Captain America convinced them to hand over the Scepter by whispering "Hail HYDRA".
