Joss Whedon wrote the film treatment for X-Men, co-wrote Captain America: The First Avenger and Thor: The Dark World, co-wrote and directed of The Avengers and Avengers: Age of Ultron and the post end credit scene of Thor and the mid end credit scene of Captain America: The Winter Soldier and also co-executive produced and co-created Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. with his brother Jed and sister-in-law Maurissa Tancharoen and co-wrote and directed the "pilot" episode.
