George Stacy is the police captain of the New York Police Department. He is also the father of Gwen Stacy.

Stacy informed Peter and May Parker that Ben Parker had been killed by Flint Marko. He was also present along with Eddie Brock when his daughter was rescued by Spider-Man after a construction accident.
