Remy LeBeau (Earth-11052)

Remy LeBeau, also known as Gambit, is a mutant who can generate and manipulate energy.

Biography[]

Gambit was approached by Magneto to join the Acolytes along with Colossus, Sabretooth and Pyro.

When he first battled the X-Men, Rogue tried to sneak up on him but he was prepared with a charged card. However, she did appear smitten with him.

When Rogue, under Mesmero's control, attacked the Acolytes, Gambit held off the best but eventually fell when she kissed him.

After the Acolytes, the Brotherhood of Mutants and the X-Men defeated Apocalypse and his Horseman, Charles Xavier saw a vision of Gambit as an X-Man.

Expert Acrobat: Gambit is an expert acrobat, capable of feats such as parkour and free running.

X-Man uniform: Remy wears a protective suit, when he is out on the field in battle.
Playing cards: Gambit can proficiently use playing cards as improvised weapons, when he combines them with his bio-kinetic energy; giving them explosive properties.
Expandable Batons: Gambit uses a pair of expandable batons to fight. They are able to combine into a bo-staff; Gambit can also combine his batons or bo-staff with his bio-kinetic energy.
