Cross Technologies (formerly known as Pym Technologies) was founded and led by Darren Cross to work on the Yellowjacket suit.

Ant-Man[]

Darren Cross with the help of the Chairman of the board Hope van Dyne was able to vote Hank Pym out of the company and rename it into Cross Technologies. Darren Cross used the company's resources to work on the Yellowjacket Suit which he intended to sell to HYDRA as the highest bidder. Hank Pym was invited by Daniel Cross to witness his unveiling of the Yellowjacket suit with his daughter Hope van Dyne. In the end of the infiltration of the headquarters the building was imploded by Ant-man.
