The Cloak of Levitation is a mantle worn by Stephen Strange that enables its user to levitate and hover in the air. The cloak itself is somewhat sentient as it is seen pestering Strange with its flaps. Due to its ability to move on its own, it is able to physically attack and restrain others, as well as grab and hold objects. The cloak is located in the Chamber of Relics.

During the battle at the Statue of Liberty, the Cloak saved Ned Leeds' life apparently of its own accord, wrapping itself around his shoulders and carrying him safely to the ground. As the cape returns to Strange, Ned thanked it.
